Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park
Upon arrival, we will have a brief registration before we begin the morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. Watch for elephants, buffaloes, giraffes and the famous tree-climbing lions. The park is also known for its diverse bird species, including large flocks of flamingos.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater
Arrive at Ngorongoro and descend into the crater for a full-day game drive. Look for the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard—and other wildlife such as zebras, wildebeests and hippos.
Day 3: Tarangire National Park to Arusha
Arrive at Tarangire National Park and begin the game drive. Look out for large herds of elephants, lions and cheetahs. The park is famous for its majestic baobab trees and the Tarangire River, which attracts various wildlife.
