1. Reservations and Bookings

1.1 All bookings must be made through Tanzania Adaptive Safaris via email, phone, or our website.
1.2 A deposit of 30% of the total safari cost is required to confirm your booking.
1.3 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the safari start date.

2. Payments

2.1 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
2.2 All payments must be made in USD unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Bank transfer fees and currency exchange costs are the client’s responsibility.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Tanzania Adaptive Safaris.
3.2 The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 60 days before the safari: 10% of the total cost.
• 30-60 days before the safari: 50% of the total cost.
• Less than 30 days before the safari: 100% of the total cost.
  3.3 No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services during the safari.

4. Changes to Itinerary

4.1 We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, park closures, or safety concerns.
4.2 Any changes made will be communicated promptly, and alternative arrangements of equal or greater value will be provided where possible.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in the safari.
5.2 It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility requirements at the time of booking.
5.3 Tanzania Adaptive Safaris provides adaptive solutions to ensure inclusivity for clients with disabilities.

6. Travel Insurance

6.1 All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
6.2 Tanzania Adaptive Safaris is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages incurred during the safari.

7. Visas and Documentation

7.1 Clients are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas and travel documents before arriving in Tanzania.
7.2 Passports must have at least six months of validity from the safari start date.

8. Liability

8.1 Tanzania Adaptive Safaris shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during the safari.
8.2 While we strive to provide the best possible experience, Tanzania Adaptive Safaris is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, government regulations, or acts of nature.

9. Special Requests

9.1 Special requests such as dietary preferences, adaptive equipment, or specific accommodations must be communicated at the time of booking.
9.2 While we will do our best to accommodate special requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

10. Force Majeure

10.1 Tanzania Adaptive Safaris shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
11.2 Any disputes arising from the safari will be resolved under Tanzanian jurisdiction.
